Un hôtel 4 étoile de luxe avec un service nul Il y a ni des serviettes ni des claquettes Même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre ni un téléphone fixe dans la chambre pour contacter la réception Sans oublier le personnel au sein du restaurant octopus Clients maltraités malheureusement
Abbiamo atteso più di 1 ora per il check in,ci hanno dato un cammera differente delle foto abbiamo preso la suite imperiale pensando di avere tutte le comodità ma la stanza era sporca con vari buchi sul sofitto,aria calda inesistente macchina del caffè rotta fili elettrici pendendi dal soffitto.il persona molto scorbutico e maleducato
Horrible !!!!!!!! Hôtel à éviter tant bien question propreté ou même l’accueil !!!! Eau chaude non disponible dans les chambres, café et eau en supplément au petit déjeuner, serviettes non disponibles dans les chambres . Personnel très désagréable et hautain !!!! Discothèque sous les fenêtres des chambresdonc impossibilté de se coucher avant 5h du matin !
اسفة جدا لكن كانت اسوا تجربة اوتيل في حياتي . سعر خيالي يصلح لسبع نجوم لتصل تجد انك بدون باركينغ حتى عربة الحقائب غير موجودة نظافة منعدمة تماما خدمات غريبة جدا باغلى سعر اوتيل في المنطقة تثل تضع سيارتك على قارعة الطريق لتقطع الطريق وتدخل الاوتيل . اضطررنا للاستراحة قليلا في السيارة حتى لا ندخل ونبقى في الظروف المتدنية حتى انك لا تجد من يسمعك اذا اردت ان تشتكي It was really really really the worst experience in my life i don't want to remember that with a price of 7 stars
I have done my wedding at this hotel, during the pandemic of COVID, the owner Manel Ammara was very exploitative, tripling the prices of the rooms and the venue, she obliged us to deal with a her own wedding planner knowing that we had signed contract with another, asking for triple the cost; Moreover, we have booked for my family on an average of 20 nights, WE GOT THE WORST SERVICE EVER, rooms rooms were not clean, no towels no coffee, and whenever you ask for sth it takes hours and hours to deliver, even the coffee they bring you after, they charge you on it after* knowing that it should be available for free in the rooms. The owner is super rude, very selfish, and she just wanted to gain money! she did not even allow the photographer to capture some photos of the wedding from the hotel terrace! And the elevator was not working, knowing that my mum cannot walk, she was lying saying that they are off because of COVID, knowing that there wasn't such a rule during that time, and she did not accept to provide my mum with another room, so it will be easier for her to get into with a good view, Even though the view of the hotel is amazing, but in terms of price and service you can get waaaay better in another 5 starts hotel nearby the area.…
