quirky old British style house, self check in that you just tick boxes! spotlessly clean very well decorated, so well it felt like you where staying in someone's house, lol. endless tea coffee and biscuits, and don't forget the huge jar of lollies by the front door! very impressed....
My stay here was excellent! I was late in arriving in Timaru and this bed and breakfast is beyond my wildest dreams. It's like a converted large family house. There are dedicated parking or easy parking on this quiet street. The hostess was magnificent - a Maori lady with a warm and generous heart. Big kitchen area and seating outside in the hot days of summer. You could not find better. And the price per night well nothing to compare so good! I would stay here again for sure.
The manager was unbelievably rude, unpleasant and bullying. I have travelled extensively and never come across anything like it. She also required cash to be paid for a heater for the rooms. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!
I got the dates wrong and turned up a day early The property manager was about as helpful as a fart in a wind tunnel. She was rude and arogrant when we ask if we could use the internet to sort out our problem she told us no as we were not staying there all she could say to us she didn't care as if we cancelled she still got our money so we didn't cancelled. I don't normally read reviews, but had wish I had one last thing read the reviews on booking.com
