The front desk clerk, Dyna was wonderful. Very helpful and lovely to deal with. She took great care of my mom and helped her get an ADA room and made sure she’s comfortable. I would advise people stay at this hotel because of the customer service.
What a lovely hotel and very customer centric staff. With lots of Christmas adventures (cancelled planes and snow storms) Kim , Keon and Dyna helped us out so much. We got a place to sleep, the rooms were perfect and the coffee hot and ready. Really great staff at this oasis for our family Christmas adventure. Thank you for making this the least complex part of our trip. Mr Flores - you have a great staff.
I would like to thank Elizabeth, George and Dyna for ensuring that our Menifee Chamber of Commerce events were seamless from pre-event planning to the high profile events themselves. We are thrilled to have such a classy hotel complemented with a beautiful ballroom in Menifee. Our attendees were full of compliments: great venue, beautiful interior design, classy, exceptional service…and the staff was outstanding. With my background as a hotel sales manager for large conference hotels, I give this hotel and its team an A+.
This hotel has quickly become a jewel of Menifee! We have had several events in the Regions Ballroom. The hotel staff delivers outstanding professional service that has exceeded our expectations every time. Brand new and elegant, yet it feels like home with all of the friendly smiles.
This place is too expensive for what it is. You would likely be better off staying nearby and paying considerably less, unless you just have to be in the center of Menifee. The staff was nice and the service was good. The bed was OK and the pillows are horrible. I have a strained neck after three nights here. Had to take muscle relaxers the last two nights to sleep. You may have a better experience if you're younger than me. The included breakfast was about what you would expect in a stay for $100 less per night - reconstituted eggs and sausage patties for meat eaters, sweet pastries, muffins, fruit and cereal for everyone else. There is a real lack of good dining options nearby, which is another knock against this place. I'll stay in San Clemente next time, but nearby you could also choose Temecula or Murrieta or similar and be better off. For comparison, I spent a night on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood right before this and payed $15 less per night in a much higher quality room. Once Menifee has other options, they won't be able to gouge you on prices like this anymore.…
