This hotel is only two (2) month old - great location and extremely comfortable rooms. The front desk was attentive and gave us some great dining recommendations. Still trying to get used to the sack breakfast, but we must all adjust to the new normal.
I stayed only one night here with my sons & wish I stayed longer! This hotel looks like new, it’s super clean, and the rooms are amazing. I had the two king bed suite & it look like a mini apartment. Everything is up-to-date super modern, and extremely comfortable. I wish I took more photos. It’s rare when the companies photos on their website looks exactly the same as what you see in person. But with this hotel that is the case. You won’t be disappointed. They also have an inside bar and outside bar as well as a really cool pool and hot tub. If you’re in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area make sure you stay here.
Our stay at the Springhill Suites in Cape Canaveral was super relaxing! The room was extremely clean and the entire staff made everything very easy. Amy Schwartz, the housekeeping manager, overheard me saying that I needed some body lotion. I asked her not to worry about it but a few moments later she was knocking on our door armed with lotion. I really appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond with such a big smile. My family highly recommends this hotel for a wonderful, carefree stay!
We arrived early and Austin worked very hard to get us in a room. He was very professional and courteous. I watched as he politely greeted everyone who walked through the lobby. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Every where I went in the hotel was spotless. All the employees I came in contact with were very polite and helpful. When we came in and out of the hotel we were always greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation. Katie at the front desk was also very nice.
Because of the corona virus my wife and I had to cancel our Mexico trip so we decided to instead book a trip around the Florida coasts staying at 3 different hotels. Actually, we originally booked 4 hotels but cancelled one so we could stay here one more night. This is a relatively larger Springhill Suites which has 6 floors. It turned out that the hotel was having sort of a soft opening and I think we were the first guests to book a room. We stayed in room 502 in a room that nobody had ever slept in! There was no one but us on the 5th floor either. The rooms are really different than any other hotel we've ever stayed at. ultra-modern bathroom and shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The room was perfectly laid out with a sofa, king bed(that no one had ever slept in), closet, larger than usual fridge, large flat screen TV, and of course all the other normal amenities you would expect from a Marriott property. By far the nicest hotel room we've ever stayed at. They weren't really set up yet for their normal breakfast but we were given a sausage and egg croissant and coffee to go. In the breakfast area there's a bar that opened at 4PM. We were able to have a few cocktails there during our stay. Outside there's another huge circular bar that's by the large pool with a hot tub. The outside bar wasn't set up yet however but we had our own drinks. We were at the pool every day and we were the only ones in the pool area so we had it all to ourselves!! Do yourself a favor and stay here if you happen to be in the Cocoa Beach area, I'm sure you'll be as impressed as we were. We'd like to thank 3 of the employees for their excellent service. First of all, a big thank you to the daytime front desk clerk, Austin. He was a very personable, helpful man and we hope he gets the job as front desk manager. Next a thank you to the hotel Manager (I think her name was Lori). She was very kind as well. And also thank you to the bartender Connor who entertained us during our first night there. He makes a killer margarita!! We live in Palm Harbor on the gulf coast but visit Cocoa Beach often and we will definitely be staying here next time we're in town.…
