Entering the lobby at 11pm for check in , I was welcomed by a moldy , damp smell. It was gross. Other guests were already there to get refunds bevause of gross rooms. We were only staying on night so we toughed it out but it was a sketchy night. Dirty carpet, old drapes , no working outlets, stained chairs , dingy bed linens , mold stain bathroom , no wash cloth ... This place is a cry shame and needs to shut down. In this Covid era , you scare staying at this place more than Covid and made wearing mask a must even so . I feel for the poor staff having to deal with this daily.
Avoid at all costs, this place is the pits. The bed had been slept in and the room had not been cleaned in days. On a positive the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the shuttle service back to the terminal was well received, but I wouldn’t stay here again even if you paid me (Thankfully it was a work trip so they paid the bill). Tom’s Diner just up the road was worth a trip for some post flight grub, never tried the subway joined to the hotel - not sure if I saw it open to be fair.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! Not for a quick snooze before your fight, NOT EVER. Garbage, roaches, dirt, walls falling apart. We had to leave immediately. Absolutely disgusting. Does not feel safe or clean. We left 10 minutes after arriving and were denied a refund thus far. Listing is extremely misleading. Book at your own risk.
The bad bad smelly dirty sheets bug infested reviews are for the hotel called DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM at Miami Airport North BUT the actual address is 4767 Nw 36th St, Miami Springs,FL 33166 If you book this hotel via Hotels.com you will get a completely different hotel than what you see here at trip advisor! I am not sure how its so messed up but do NOT book the one at 4767 Nw 36th St, Miami Springs,FL 33166 because you will not go to where the pictures look like they take you! We checked in (reluctantly) and checked right back out after seeing the room. No questions asked by the front desk. They knew.
