We recently stayed here after our car broke down and the customer service was fantastic! Very thoughtful and clean. Beds were a little hard but otherwise happy. Was very easy to find from the signage and check out was a breeze. Will recommend
Comfortable and clean little motel. Rooms have everything you need, well cleaned and comfortable. Close to town which is walking distance, undercover parking for your car, well maintained grounds and a healthy hot cooked breakfast to send you on your way.
As you expect from an older establishment but bed is comfortable, and foxtel with free wifi on offer. Bathroom is small but newish. Room offers all of the basic requirements. Undercover off street parking. Walking distance into town. All you need for Oakey.
Don't stay here if you're looking for something flash, but the room was clean and neat and very tidy. The air conditioner was struggling but it was over 40 deg so understandable, they also have foxtel but a pool would have been ideal but the local town pool was only a 5 minute drive back into town. My husband found someone's jewellery clasp in our bed sheets so we do wonder how that happened?? But the sheets appeared clean. Would probably try somewhere else with a pool next time but the place was 400mtrs from the party so worked out well for us.
