This is essentially a guest house . The staff is warm and friendly . The rooms are large but the bathrooms are a wee bit cramped. The food available is decent but especially for dinner one needs to order ahead. Located in Rilbong , a residential area , everything is within 20 odd minutes. For the money they charge ,it's a decent deal.

Average guest house

This is not a hotel but Small guest house charging heavily in the name of a hotel complimentary breakfast not of good quality staff not so courteous no restaurant and basic fasnitiy only a small kitchen was there but room were good

Good budget hotel with nice support staff !!

I stayed here from 10th-13th Mar'18. We booked three rooms. The first good thing noticed was there front office staff and the person I initially communicated with (Mr Vinay) who alloted one of us a suite since there was a family of 2 kids and a couple in that room. Over all the hotel is pretty clean and bed and rooms and toilets are very hygienic.Only cons noticed was toilets could have been a bit bigger but its managable although. they also run a very small kitchen but if you loke to get home made basic cooked food like, rice,dal,chapati and aloo bhaji then they made it really tasty. Morning milk tea served were really superb. I suggest dont go for their chicken dishes bcoz with Rs 180/plate with 4 pcs of chicken , the sizes are very small and also tha taste is not good at all. Overall its a nice place to stay. Location from police bazar is almost 10mins by car, if u like to walk down it may take 30 mins. The hotel area is very calm and peaceful. Also there a villa just diagonally opposite to the hotel where novelist Rabindra Nath Tagore stayed for some time in 1923 and written his famous drama "Raktakarabi" and poem "Shillong er Chithi" . Dont miss to visit that historical place too.…

Away from city

The place is quite far off almost 3-4 kms from the main city and took us 150 Rs at night from police bazaar.. Absolutely dead at night and it was an okay sorts of place.. Only grateful since we did not have anything else as it packed season.. The amount we paid for it was too much but otherwise for an Oyo rooms this is a decent property with newly constructed rooms and clean linen and towel. Would recommend only if all is sold and you don't have an option or you really get it at a low price and have your own vehicle
