We spend only one night in room 10. It is an old house accommodated to a place in order to receive guests. It has 2 entrances and 3 levels with an inner stair. No hotel's logo. In Romania the most humble guest house/pension/bed and breakfast - classifieds with 1 daisy - is better than this 3* hotel. Despite all of this, the bed clothes was very clean, room was OK, noisy but OK. Very narrow toilet. Friendly staff, with European plug connectors, willing to help ans support you. It is very close to Ilford railway station. We cancel the accommodation after first night. Maybe we are more demanding, but, personally, I do not recommend this hotel. Sorry!
... passez votre chemin
Hotel has all the basics you would expect, and the price for three nights was reasonable. Staff are friendly. However, they lack a little in the smaller details. They came in each day to empty the bin but did not top up tea making facilities or change towels. They would benefit from an information booklet in each room (as we always have in other hotels) explaining details of eating places etc, doctors number and nearest hospital details. And there were no signs informing of fire escape routes.
Newly furbished converted House. Clean with good basic amenities. Rooms are of good size. Cloth hanging hooks and night lights may make rooms more convenient. Ilford train station with frequent connections to central London is round the corner. Lots of hotels and Ilford high street within few hundred yards. Plenty of on sight parking. Very helpful and curteous staff. Good Value for money.
Converted house with basic amenities. Good value for money and friendly owners. Nearby Ilford centre which has plenty of good eateries. Has excellent parking and close by to the rail system. We left our car and returned after the 5pm rush the next day.
