This hotel is your typical basic hotel, unfortunately its location is very out of the way for us. It is located in some kind of residential/subdivision area, very small signage to indicate where it is. Unless you have your own car, there seems to be no form of public transportation to get you to the city, if you need to have lunch or dinner. Contacted the hotel staff for a reservation via their phone number, but when we saw the condition/location of the place, we decided not to stay. The room for 3 adults is very tiny as well. The staff then insisted that we pay 1/2 of the price of room (even if we didn't stay!) despite not booking on any hotel booking apps. The staff said that they could have had more guests, but they reserved it for us (though the hotel seemed empty, based on the car parking area). We decided to pay it JUST TO NOT STAY THERE. If that is any indication of what that hotel service is like, I don't know what is! I don't usually write hotel reviews, but I had such a stressful time dealing with them that I just had to warn anyone who is thinking about staying here. …

The Guest House is a wonderful Hotel that feels like Home. The People are very welcoming especially for INC Brethrens! Love this place, and also some celebrities come here like Sara Duterte! The rooms are nice, the food andwater is excellent, and the TV shows are the best. The location is especially ok because it is few meters from the town proper. 😁😁😁

This is by far the best stay in/ hotel/ accomodation for the price one can find in the area. Their rooms are airconditioned, very clean and modernly classy. Beds are comfortable and clean.Free fast wifi is a huge plus- take note- FAST. The owner is very accomodating- SHE MADE SURE we had a good stay. Located only outside main establishments of the city, it offers a view of the locale.

The accommodation is literally new. You can see that they just finished building it and it feels like you're the first person to ever use the room. They provide towels that are so clean. We stayed in the family room wherein there is 2 double bed that can be occupied by 6 persons. Airconditioned, no water heater, and there are times that they lower down the pressure so being in the 4th floor means no water in the faucet sometimes. Everything is clean and the family room has a balcony. Owner and staffs are really nice and friendly. Only 1 store nearby but you can order food anytime. As it is new, it's free of bedbugs. we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This passes my test and would definitely recommend to others to stay here too :) Free Wifi
