Outstanding newly built property overlooking the lake with wonderful views. Very well appointed and decorated. Could not fault the style and cleanliness of the bedroom ensuite together with the adjoining lounge/kitchen. Owner was friendly and informative with only one issue, he came into the shared lounge area at 8am (while we were sleeping) the next morning prior to us checking out at 10am. Thought he should have waited until we left before emptying the rubbish bins. Brilliant position & views!
OK so we have stayed here a couple of times of the last few years. They have a number of accommodation options from the Red Shed that sleeps one couple to the St John Homestead that sleeps 14 as well as the fancy Isolation Bay in another location. These are stand alone buildings in a farm setting with open fires and log burners. There are ducks and rabbits galore and a golf course too. The accommodation is a high quality holiday home type arrangement, we'll managed clean and tidy with plenty of fire wood and heat pumps if a fire is not your style. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a holiday home setting getaway, we loved it.
