Es handelt sich um ein älteres Haus, bei dem sich zwei zu vermietende Wohnungen im oberen Stockwerk befinden. Ein Kleiner Wohnraum mit Kochecke und zwei Schlafräume sowie ein nachträglich mit Duschkabine versehenes Bad gehören zur Wohnung. Beste zentrale Lage an der Plaza und damit direkt neben der touristischen Infrastruktur. Man konnte gut Ausflüge in den Nationalpark und auf den Gletscher buchen. Zwei Schlafzimmer im Appartment. sehr nette Wirtin. Für diese Region das beste Internet, das wir hatten. Das Haus hat kein Schild, es ist schwer zu finden, selbst der Bibliothekar wenige Häuser weiter kann mit dem Namen nichts anfangen, es liegt gegenüber der Kirche über dem Second Hand Shop. die Duschkabine im Bad war schwer zu bedienen und reparaturbedürftig. Das Appartment ist wesentlich preisgünstiger als andere Cabañas an der Carretera Austral.…

The actual location of the property was quite central. However, it was extremely difficult to find the actual property. The host has no signs posted. Three months in advance, I reserved 5 nights at the Apartment, a 2-bedroom unit with 56 m2 of space, many amenities and a modern bathroom. When I arrived, I was shown a non-advertised 1-bedroom unit that was 50% smaller and lacked many of the posted amenities. I was told that all rooms were approximate and she had nothing else available for several days. I was told that if I found something else, I didn't have to pay. I immediately checked non-hostal properties and learned there was no vacancy in this small town. Within 30 minutes of first meeting the host and not using the room, I told her that I only wanted to stay 2 nights and then travel to another town. I asked her if she would return my money for the last 3 nights and she clearly said yes. My mistake was not asking for the refund on the spot. When it came time to check-out, the host did not honour her refund commitment. Booking.com has tried to intervene on my behalf, but to date, this host has not responded to them. As an added comment, I checked this property on Booking.com after checking out. It showed availability for my 3 unused, but paid nights. Either this owner lied to me about 2-bedroom availability or she tried to re-rent my room. In summary, if you consider booking this property, please realize that you may not easily find it. As well, you might not receive the room you reserved. Renter beware.…

Primero quiero resaltar la cordialidad de la Sra Raquel. Ella recibe y atiende en todo momento a sus huéspedes. Es una tranquilidad saber que esta cerca para cualquier consulta. Los departamentos son super confortables, tienen todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía. Céntricos, están frente a la iglesia, plaza, a pasos hay supermercados, farmacia. Super recomendables. La ciudad de Cochrane esta rodeada de cerros hermosos. Desde ahí se puede llegar al glaciar Colluqueo, a la Reserva Nacional Tamango, y para nosotros fue punto de descanso para luego seguir a Caleta Tortel.
