The service of the hotel was quite of an elite class, especially with respect to the in-room dining experience. But the rooms were very damp and stinky and seriously lacked maintenance. Water leaked from the taps in the bathroom.
We stayed in this hotel from 12th to 14th February. Poor management. Hotel was not accepting card. Worst food. No water to take bathe. I am surprised who has given them three star. They deserve minus 5 stars. Rajeev Kumar, Deputy Director 9540733615
