  • soft furnishings - damp, mould..? no idea but for the price point and number of stars this hotel has this was shocking to find
  • Great view through the skylight whilst in the bath, the bathroom itself was lovely and the highlight of the room, the attention to detail to clear out these dead flies would have perhaps have been nice

splash pattern of unknown origin right next to the bed was a little disturbing and again not expected of an establishment of this ilk
coffee facility an afterthought thrown in a cupboard, were it Mables B&B it would be fine but this is a 5 star establishment
Service charge?? An optional disappointment!
