After feedback about subsequent very unsatisfactory tours, I received a very response with a thorough explanation and apology and partial refund. It's good when companies respond to feedback and learn from mistakes. So I would not hesitate to recommend using them for transfers and tours of Hue. Definitely in good hands there.
Did more transfers cum tours in following days but was not so happy. Made us leave our expensive villa in Vedana resort early for a My Son tour with a guide that could barely speak English and knew the bare minimum about My Son and the Cham. Her idea of "speak to local people for more knowledge" was to ask security guards. Could not answer any of our questions. In the end we got all our info from the museum at the entrance. Arrived in HoiAn very early which made us feel cheated of time at Vedan

We received a very apologetic email from the hotel after we checked out as they discovered they had accidentally double charged us. I had prepaid on Expedia but my husband was doing the checkout and did not realise it. They could have kept quiet but they sent a driver to our hotel in Hoi An (4 hours drive away!) with the refund in cash., It was $40 and we were non the wiser. Very commendable!
