الشفافية معدومة ولم نبلغ بان حمام السباحة معطل وكذلك بسبب الأحوال الجوية وأطوال البحر لم نستطع السباحة صباح يوم الجمعة وكانت الحديقة في حالة فوضى ورائحة المجاري كانت لا تطاق ورائحة المبيد الحشري في الصباح المزيد

ازعاج من قبل البار و رفع صوت الأغاني وقت الصلاة وتم التبليغ عن ذالك ولا يوجد تعاون الا عند تدخل المدير لحل المشاكل البسيطه عدم توفير سجادة الصلاة عند الحاجة و مواقف السيارة ليست قريبه وعند طلب سيارة الغولف أخذ مدة طويله مع ان الحجز في نصف الأسبوع ولا يوجد ازدحام في الفندق

اعجز عن وصف الخدمه الرائعه منذ دخولي الاستقبال وحتى خروجي اول ابدا بالاستقبال وتسجيل دخولي مع موظف الاستقبال وكان شاب مصري لا يحضرني اسمه تعامل مع بشكل ولا اروع والغرفه كاانت رائعه وموقعها رائع والخدمه رائعه وفي وقت خروجي مزظفة الاستقبال كانت ولا اروع بتعامل معي ولا انسى قبل وصولي اتصل بي موظف الاستقبال الشاب المغربي رشيد وكانت مكالمه في قمة الروعه من جميع النواحي .. فعلا شكرا شكرا راديسون بلو الفجيره

منتجع رائع ، اكثر ما اعجبني وجود عدد من المسابح المنفصلة بينها مسبح مخصص للاطفال بالاضافة الى مسبح بمياه دافئة كانت تعطي شعورا رائعا خصوصا في حال وجود القليل من الهواء البارد ، الافطار جيد وطاقم العمل متعاون جدا .
