كان فندقا رائعا خاصة في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع . امتازت تجربتي بالقيمة المعنوية والمادية وذلك من خلال طاقم عمل محترف للغاية تلخصت تجربتي منذ بدء الحجوزات واشكر السيد مسعد على التعاون لتقديم الأفضل للفندق والعملاء تركت في نفسي المعاملة الطيبة والمرونة والسهولة لتلبية جميع الاحتياجات والمساعدة بتقديم الافضل دائما اشكر كم واتطلع لزيارتكم مرة أخرى

يوم خاص كان بسبب الجميع في الفندق ودود ومتعاون جدا والمكان جدا رائع
تسجيل الدخول سهل
مسبع فقط واحد كانت درجت حرارته مناسبة الباقي كانو باردين ولكن بركة الاطفال جميلة جدا
جو عائلي مريح
تجربة الافطار رائعة ومتنوعة
الجاكوزي كانت مياهه غير دافئة وفتحات الهواء لا تعمل جميعها في الحوض

تجربة مميزة غنية بالترفيه والتعامل الرائع بدأت من لحظة الوصل مروراً بجميع التفاصيل واللحظات التي لاتنسى حتى إجراءات المغادرة التي كانت في غاية البساطة

المنتجع جميل والاطلالات لكل الغرف جميلة وبالاخص الطوابق العليا. ولاكن يحتاج إلى التجديد في بعض الأماكن الخارجية والمرافق العامة. كما يمكن للخدمة الغرف ان تكون أسرع في التلبية. بشكل عام المنتجع جيد وأنصح به.

شكرا لموظفين الاستقبال ما اذكر اساميهم ولكن كانوا جدا متعاونين وبشوشين شكرا لعامل Club car وخدمة صف السيارات ما انسى المنقذين فالبحر كانوا حريصين على سلامة رواد الشاطئ الغرفه جميله ونظيفه واهم شي ان كل الغرف كانت على فيو البحر
