واجهة مشاكل بالمطعم، وايضا بالغرف ومن الخدمة المقدمة من المطعم و الاستقبال وايضا لم يضيفو النقاط على حسابي في تطبيق ريدسون بلو مع العلم انني قمت بتزويدهم بالرقم وقت الحجز وايضا لموظف الاستقبال ولم تحسب اانقاط وغيره من المشاكل كانت داخل الفندق

المنتجع جميل والخدمه كانت روعه من هاد المنبر احب اشكر مدام فاتن لي عملت لي الحجز على تعاونها وحسن التعامل وطيب الخاطر غير عن هيك كان لازم ننتضر لين ما تجهز الغرفه لانه كانت مش جاهزه الفطور كان حلو الغرفه كانت جميله والفيو اجمل انصحكم في ايام الاسبوع لانه الاسعار مناسبه
