Regarding the cleaning of the room, kindly be informed that the concerned department has been informed and that extra training has been organized with our staff to provide more comfort to our guests.
Concerning broken lamp- as it is a common regulation in the hotels, that for any damages the guests should pay. We are sorry that you felt that it was inappropriate from our site and that meetings with Manager who explained to you the situation did not bring you any satisfaction.
