Within a jungle environment, there will always be some insects. It is part of nature. We do have a very vigorous pest control system where we spray all areas very regularly to minimize the impact of unwanted insects intruding too much. This however, will not totally eradicate them.
We do understand that in your home country, being very hot, you do not come across nature like this, so understand that you would not be used to this.
Please rest assured that we do do as much as possible to control this situation.
