We have investigated the mentioned issues with the relevant departments especially operation in term of maintenance and also front office & Food and beverage to develop services potentiality. Please rest assured that this is not a reflection our usual standards.
Regarding the express clothing service concerning, in house laundry service is on process and it will be completed within next few months, this would help upgrading our service more effective and match to guest enquiries.
