Thank you again for sharing your feedback, in addition to the online survey that you kindly shared as well. Whilst I am glad knowing that you enjoyed the room and the natural setting of our resort, it is disappointing that the food provided did not meet your dietary requirement.
As I have informed via email to you, being an international hotel, we are not Halal-certified. However, should you have informed us in advanced prior arrival, our Chefs would be delighted to prepare food using Halal only ingredients and separated utensils just for you and your family. I am sorry that the information did not make its way to your attention.
