الموظفين ممتازين استقبالكم جيد جدا خدمة ممتازة نظافة ممتازة و الغرفة جيدة جدا يبقى ملاحظة واحدة وهي الشرح للعميل عن وضع الغرفة مساحتها وعلى ماذا تطول عند الحج وكذلك كانت جودة الطعام ممتازة والخدمة فوق الممتاز كذلك

جيد متصل بمول قطر ، الموظفين يرحبون بالاطفال الصغار بالبالون و الحلوى ، الغرف تزود بالضيافة بأول يوم اقامة ، الجناح واسع و نظيف ،، لكن ينقصه الاطلالة التي تشعر المقيم في الفندق بالجمالية و الراحة النفسية ، ننصح بالاقامة فيه

تجديد اللوبي ، اثاث اللوبي غير مناسب ومستهلك ، وانصح بالعمل على تحديث اللوبي بأثاث جديد وفخم يناسب اسم الفندق
وقلة العلامات المرورية المؤدية الى الفندق ، واجهت صعوبة للوصول الى الفندق نظراً لضيق المداخل والشوارع المؤدية اليه
اشكر الاخ محمد من قسم خدمة العملاء على الخدمة الرائعة والتعاون في في الحجز

فندق مميز وموظفين ودودين وبالاخص الأستاذ أشرف، ،، الفندق مميز لمن يرغب في قضاء وقت ممتع من حيث التسوق لاتصاله في مجمع قطر مول حيث يوجد به جميع الخدمات من حيث التسوق ودور السينما وأماكن العاب الاطفال حيث يوجد به العاب كيدزماندو والعاب أيضا ولمن يريد الذهاب إلى الأسواق الخارجين والمناطق الأخرى عن طريق المترو(الريل) من خلال المجمع المتصل المحطه المترو والذي يذهب إلى جميع المناطق السياحيه مثل كتارا ولوسيل وسوق واقف ومناطق اخرى
