اسوأ فندق على الإطلاق كنت في الحجر فندق الريان قطر مول يومين انا و ابني و طلعت نتيجة فحصي سلبي و ابني لسه نتيجته ما طلعت كلمني موظف الاستقبال يبلغني ان اليوم الإضافي بفلوس زياده بلغته ان نتيجتي سلبيه قال ممكن تطلعي انت و ابنك يضل و يكون الدفع اقل و هذا افضل لك وافقت و ارسل لي ترولي ياخد شنطي و نزلت الشنط للريسبشن اللي بلغني ان ما ينفع اني اطلع و ابني يضل طلعت ادخل الغرفه مرة أخرى لقيته لغى المفتاح بدون علمي طلبت منه يفعله رفض ..
و فوجئت اننا متجمعين اكتر من ٢٠ شخص في الريسبشن بياكلوا بدون ماسك بدون مسافة تباعد اجتماعي كافية كل الناس اللي نتيجتها طلعت و اللي منتظره و ممكن تكون إيجابي و اللي داخل جديد يعني مصدر كامل لانتشار العدوى .. غير ان الحمام الوحيد للسيدات كان في بعض الإصلاحات و غير متاح طول الفترة اللي قضيناها في الريسبشن لبعض الناس من ١٢ الظهر ل ١٠ مساءا
اسلوب غير محترم و غير لائق لإخلاء الغرفة.
هل الفندق يقبل ان يعمل عنده موظف واجهة له و ان تكون هذه طريقته في التعامل و خدمة النزلاء و احترامهم.

من افضل الفنادق اللي سكنتها من ناحية الاستقبال الترحيب حسن التعامل وسهولته جميع الطاقم يستحق الشكر و بالاخص الاخ ( مروان ) ، وبالنسبه لخدمة الغرف ممتازه وسريعه ، ملاحظة صغيرة اسرة الغرف تحتاج الى نوعيه اريح من الموجود

الفندق جدا نظيف ويهتمون بالضيوف اثناء اقامتهم وتلبيه طلباتهم وبسرعه جدا والترحيب بالجميع وعدم اشعار الشخص بانه في شخص غير مرحب به او غير مرغوب به والغرف جدا راقيه ونظيفه واثناء الفطور يجلبون لك كل ماتريد.

جيد متصل بمول قطر ، الموظفين يرحبون بالاطفال الصغار بالبالون و الحلوى ، الغرف تزود بالضيافة بأول يوم اقامة ، الجناح واسع و نظيف ،، لكن ينقصه الاطلالة التي تشعر المقيم في الفندق بالجمالية و الراحة النفسية ، ننصح بالاقامة فيه
