لقد ذهبت مع زوجتي الى هذا الفندق ولقد حجزنا غرفه مع مسبح خاص الاجواء هادئه ورومنسيه كانت تجربه لا تنسى ولكن مع كل وسائل الراحه والترفيه هنالك احتمال ان يكون الفندق مسكون بالاشباح ولكن في النهايه لقد استمتعنا كثير من خدمات الغرفه والموظفين طيبين الى ابعد حد البرجر كان لذيذا جدا طلبناه في الغرفه وشكرا.المزيد
استمتعنا كثيراً في فندق قصر السراب، الخدمة كانت ممتازة والموظفين خدومين، بالاخص "ثيريسا" كانت تخدمنا بشكل ممتاز
خيارات الاكل متنوعة، الخدمة سريعة والجودة عالية
المكان جميل ويستحق الزيارة، ستكون لنا زيارة اخرى في الشتاء

الموظفين العاملين في مطعم الواحة في فترة الفطور او العشاء ، لا يتعاملون بشكل لائق مع زوار المطعم
ولا يهتمون براحة الزوار ، مهمتهم الوحيدة حمل الأطباق فقط من امام الضيف لينتهي من وجبته ويغادر المكان بأسرع وقت
