يجب علي الموظف طلب تطبيق الحصن, للتاكد ان النزيل يطابق االصحه و السلامه. لم يتم توصيل هاتفي بالتلفاز بشكل يعمل. وجد ان بعض الأطعمه تمت ترجمتها خطاء" حيث كان قد يحدث لي حساسيه. حساسيه الريش لم يتم اتخاذ الازم بالموضوع بشكل مسبق حي اني اقمت بالفندق اكثر من 5 مرات.

مكان هادىء جميل ورائع وهو في وسط الطبيعة الصحراوية المتميزة جميع العاملين متميزين حيث اخذنا جولة حول الفندق والمرافق مثل مبنى السبا الذي حصل على العديد من الجوائز و الغرف الفندقية التي تحتوي على عدة غرف من غرفة الى اكثر من الغرفة وايضا تحتوي على مسبح خاص كما يوجد عدة مطاعم كما قابلت الموظفة المتعاونة وهي Rebecca في مطعم الليوان Liwan في بهو الطعم
