الغرف بعيده ، طلبت غرفتين بجانب بعد، لكن عندما وصلت لم يعطوني الغرف الملائمه ، الاكل تقريباً لا يتغير ، الموظفون في البركه لا يقومون بعملهم ، خدمه الغرفه دائماً يصلون متاخرين ، لا يوجد شرح مفصل عن الفندق ومرافقه ، انا كنت اسبوع كامل ولا اريد العوده لهذا الفندق

All staff received the necessary basic training and continue to receive. Each one also attends trainings in their field. We would also like to communicate that the majority of our guests are satisfied with our staff.
