Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at the hotel and I am sorry that your experience did not meet your, or indeed our, expectations.

While we do not provide mini fridges in our standard rooms we do have them in all of our Privilege rooms and our Suites. Should a guest wish for items to be refrigerated we are also able to keep them in our kitchen and they can be accessed by asking a team member 24 hours a day.

Fans are also available should you require one during your stay but regrettably for health and safety reasons our windows are fitted with window restrictors.
