ام يكن مريحا الفندق بالنسبة لي لان صوت الاغاني عالية جدا في الريسبشن الضوضاء مستمر٢٤ ساعة وبالنسبة لعاملة النظافة كانت مزعجة كل شوي تدق الباب اقول لنا انتظري قليلا بوجهه عام لم ارتاح ولو انا الفندق عالمي معروف احب ان اشكر المديرة لانها ممتازة وقالت لا تحاتين

Here at Hard Rock we love all things music, however it is vital to our operations to keep our volume to an appropriate level to ensure our guests can still interact with each other in our hotel. I am a bit confused about your comment about our Housekeeping team they are following the correct procedures they can not enter your room without knocking.
