الخدمه كانت ممتازه والتعامل راقي واحب الفندق كذا سنه اسكن فيه وشكرا فقط تاخير فى خدمة الغرف خدمة الاكل . الموظفة هاجر كانت متعاونة جدا وخاصة فوقت الخروج عكس الموظفين الاخرين الذين لم يتفهمو ان لدي اطفال. شكرا لتفاهم و حسن المعاملة من الموظفة هاجر.

خدمة ممتازه هدوء فالاونج الصغير الخدمة كانت بمساعدة amare شكرا لك افطار خفيف فاللاونج بال دور الثاني والدور الاول فيه شيف يسوي اومليت والمكان اوسع من لاونج الدور الثاني اقامة كانت حلوه لكن العيب زحمه المصاعد جدا مزدحمه خصوصا باوقات الخروج اول. الصباح واخر الليل

احلى صباح من شتاء لندن كان الفطور مرتب و الي تخدم اسمها AMARE متعاونة هي وباقي الطاقم و soumia من المغرب كانت مبتسمة 🥰ورائعة جداً وحابه عملها،😘والاوتيل موقعه ممتاز والعاملين كلهم بشوشييين ، لكن الاثاث يحتاج تجديد واهتمام بتغيير المفارش وشكرا لكم
