We sincerely regret to learn of your dissatisfaction with the interactions you experienced at our reception. Please accept our unreserved apologies for any discourtesy or inconvenience you may have encountered. جميل الفندق ونظيف والخدمة رائعة والنظافة كانت باستمرار وموقع الفندق ممتاز وانصح به اصدقائي واهلي للسكن فيه والموظفون جدا تعاملهم جميل وبشوشين للغاية استمتعت في الاقامة بهذا الفندق من كل النواحي واشكر لهم اهتمامهم
