In recent years the Hotel's Park Room has increasingly become a popular destination for our Middle Eastern guests to enjoy refreshments during the late evening and early morning hours. To help protect availability for our Grosvenor House residents, we introduced a cover charge for our non-resident guests during the peak seasons. The policy is similar to practices at other five star hotels in London and I apologise if this was not clearly communicated upon your arrival.
