فندق رائع جداً يتميز بالهدوء بعيد نسبياً عن ضجيج لندن المعتاد الموظفين كانو رائعين خصوصاً chiara و Sergei والخدمات ممتازة فقط الغرف صغيرة ما يعيب على الفندق ، باقي الأشياء ممتازة ، هناك محطتان قطار قريبتان من الفندق يمكنك التنقل بسهولة لكل لندن

الفندق جميل جداً وموقعه ايضاً بجانب محطة بيدانغتون وبقربه بقالة ومغسلة واكثر شي عجبني اهتمام الموظفين وخصوصاً موظفة الاستقبال كيارا ،، الفرف نظيفة جداً والفندق مجدد مؤخراً
الموظفين مستعدين لتلبية اي طلب والسرير مريح والمناشف نظيفة ومواد الحمام اعزكم الله ايضاً بجودة عالية

بصراحة تجربة جداً رائعة ب فندق جداً فخم الاجواء فيه تجعلك لاتريد الخروج للخارج والبقاء في الاجواء الدافئه اللتي تصحبك ب كثير من الجمال والرقي والفن المعماري ولا انسا طاقم العمل المخضرم واللطيف جداً وكيارا كانت هي من وقف بجانبي من وقت حضوري له وسهلت علينا كل الامور وكل الطلبات مجابة لنا واتمنى ان اعود له مرة اخرى عن قريب
