الإقامة بشكل عام جيده وقريبه من مول الريم يعيب الفندق عدم توفر مواقف مجانيه للنزلاء وعدم توفر حاملي الحقائب وعدم وجود غرف متصله للعوائل ولَم يتم وضع الغرف بجانب بعضها الا بعد الالحاح على موظف الاستقبال الافطار ممتاز ومتنوع وقرب الفندق من محطة المترو ويبعد عن وسط ميونخ ما يقارب 15 دقيقه

موقع هذا الفندق ممتاز فهو ملاصق لريم اربيكان مول ومواقف السرداب للسيارات الساحات والنافورة والالعاب داخل الفندق والساحه المقابلة له ووجود كمبيوترين لاستعمال النزلاء، الغرفة ممتازة والحمام مجهز بجميع لوازم الاستحمام ،بوفيه الافطار كان ممتاز ومتنوع.

تتوفر مواقف للفندق غير مجانيه ب17 يورو باليوم

كنت في ميونخ آخر شهر سبتمبر وحجزت الأوتيل من خلال booking.com
أقمت فيه ليلتين بسعر مرتفعا نوعا 500 يورو وكانت الغرفة جيدة وفيها نافذة كبيرة مثل الشرفة مطلة على الساحة وبجانب الأوتيل مركز تجاري ومطاعم وكافيهات بإمكان من ينزل فيه التمتع بها ولايحتاج لأي وسيلة مواصلات فهي قريبة جدا
