Bonjour, thank you for sharing your experiences of your stay at Sofitel Munich Bayerpost. Our most important goal is to make each guest feel at home with our best quality and service. Unfortunately we didn't achieve this in your case. We always strive to give our guests the best rooms in the booked category. If possible we offer our guests a change of rooms should they desire so. I am sorry that apparently we didn't communicate that to you quite clearly. If the bathroom smells not well, of course, you are completely right expecting it to be deep cleaned. I thank you for this remark as we use it to train our staff again on the details of room cleanliness. I hope that you will give us a chance to prove that what you experienced did not meet our own high standards.
