I would like to apologise for the inconvenience about the cleaning room service. I would like to inform you that this kind of situation does not fix our general standards, because we usually strive to deliver an exceptional service and try to satisfy our Guest requests in a best way.

We will absolutely check with the housekeeper and verify for the next times their final cleaning.
