I am elated to read you found our hotel location to be convenient as well as our room, hotel gym and spa as well as the reception and parking area to be excellent. however, I am truly sorry not all aspects of our hotel did not live up to your expectations especially with the level of customer service encountered from our staff, room type given and lack of refrigerator.
