We would like to take this opportunity to remind you and other customers that we ask people to arrive at least 10 minutes before their workshop begins (as specified on your ticket, on our website & in booking confirmation emails). This helps ensure a smooth and stress free check in procedure and we can get everyone into the lab and started on time.
When you arrived at 6:10, this is actually 20 minutes late, not 10 minutes. We made the quick decision that we didn't want your kids to miss out on the workshop just because you couldn't get them here on time. So we made an exception and opened the workshop door. After this, your youngest child decided he didn't want to go and we received a lot of abuse from you. This whole situation could have been easily avoided if you had arrived on time and allowed your kids enough time to get familiar with the environment in their own time.
Store credit was offered to you for the child who didn't participate, but you chose not to take this.

We like to learn and develop from all of our experiences here, so would like you to know that because of this specific interaction with you, we have updated our policy and now have a zero tolerance for late arrivals. However, as was offered to you, rescheduling or store credit are still offered in these rare situations.
