يتمتع الفندق باستقبال شرح حيث يطل علي الحديقة والحمام السباحة بالاضافة الي شاطئ البحر الجميل . وإذا كنت ممن يحب تصفح الإنترنت فالفندق يوفر لك خدمة الانترنت مجاني سواء كنت في الغرفة أو في اَي مكان في الفندق .

المكان جيد بشكل عام لكن القيمة المدفوعة تعبتر أكبر مما يستحقه المكان.
خدمة الطاقم و الادارة جيدة. يوجد تعاون رائع من قبلهم.
الانترنت ضعيف و في كثير من الاوقات الشبكة لا تقوم بالتصال بشكل فعال.
لا توجد مرونة لعمل خروج متأخر
تاريخ الإقامة: نوفمبر 2017خدمة الطاقم و الادارة جيدة. يوجد تعاون رائع من قبلهم.
الانترنت ضعيف و في كثير من الاوقات الشبكة لا تقوم بالتصال بشكل فعال.
لا توجد مرونة لعمل خروج متأخر

لا انصح بطلب الماكولات من الفندق السعر مبالغ فيه جدا بالنسبة الى كمية الطعام ، كما انه لا يوجد شطافات الماء بالحمامات مما يسبب بعض الازعاج لنا كمسلمين ، المنظر العام للفندق اكثر من رائع ، يقع الفندق بمكان جيد جدا ولكن انصح بتاجير سيارة

كنت في زيارة سريعة لمسقط اعجبت بالفندق كثيرا الاستقبال رائع و الغرف جيده جدا لكن بشكل عام الفندق قديم قليلا ويحتاج الى تجديد وتحديث، الاطلالة من النافذة على البحر ممتع جدا، كذلك سرعة استجابة الموظفين معك ممتازة ومتعاونين اتمنى تكرار الزيارة مرة اخرى

الطاقم ودود جدا ويسعى لخدمة وسعادة الضيف برحابة صدر ، النظافة تعتبر ضرورة أساسية لدى الطاقم ، خدمة النظافة تتم عدة مرات في الْيَوْمَ . الفندق يوفر مرافق عديدة للرفاهية ان شئت الاستمتاع بالسباحة فهناك برك السباحة الجذابة وان رغبة بممارسة هواية المشي يمكنك الخروج للشاطئ الملاصق للفندق.

I am delighted to learn that you enjoyed your time while with us, appreciating the room you have been allocated, our recreational facilities and restaurants.
I am also happy to know that you were able to go out and enjoy the local cultural scene in Muscat that I do myself too. The hotel is situated near the white, sandy stretch of beach on the Gulf of Oman where people love to jog, walk and do picnics. The city is indeed very exciting and with the hotel being positioned right in the centre, it provides the perfect backdrop to an endlessly multicultural experiences.

كانت اقامتي في الفندق من اجمل اللحظات لولا ارتفاع اسعاره ولكن الاستقبال والحفاوه التي تلقيتها كانت قمه فالروعه والجمال وانا حريص جداً في زيارتي القادمه على السكن في هذا الفندق الاكثر من رائع فندق جراند حياة
