الموقع مناسب جدا حيث انه في وسط العاصمه وقريب من معظم الكافيهات والموالات الخاصة بالتسوق وقريب من المطار
جميع العاملين علي مستوي عالي جدا بدا من الفاضله ABEER موظفة الاستقبال الي عمال الغرف والمطاعم سوف ارشحه للزملاء والمعارف للاقامه به

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا الفندق يحتاج الى مزيد من الجهد لكي يكون فعلا جراند حياه ذو الخمس نجومبوفيه العشاء كانت سيئه جدا لا يوجد خيارات اكل الاسره متهالكة وقد شبع منها الزمن لا يوجد لوازم دوارت المياه لا يوجد فرشاه او معجون

وجود مروحة في سقف الغرفة امر مستهجن و الاسوأ كمية الاوساخ والقاذورات على المروحة بشكل مقزز لا يليق و يظهر انه لم يتم تنظيفها منذ سنوات ، التلفزيون صوته خربان ، الغرفه بعيده جدا عن الاستقبال و لا يوجد مصعد يوصل لها واضطررت لاستعمال السلالم ، عدم وجود شطاف بالحمام امر سئ، الاضاءه جدا سيئه بالغرفة وغير كافية ، السعر مبالغ فيه جدا مقارنة بسوء الخدمة المقدمة ، لا اظن اني سوف اكرر زيارتي او اني سوف ارشحه لمن اعرفهم

الاقامه في الفندق ليله واحده وتم سحب سعر ليلتان من بطاقه الائتمان ،هذا لايمكن قبوله.مع العلم اننا ألغينا ليله وقمنا بالاتصال بالفندق أسبوع قبل مجيئنا.وصلنا ٢٢ ديسمبر وخرجنا ٢٣ ديسمبر.تواصلنا مع عده أشخاص في الفندق ومديره الاستقبال ولَم يعطونا اَي جواب؟
Greetings from Grand Hyatt Muscat and thank you for being our guest on your recent travel. We are disturbed to know that you did not enjoy your stay and that our team was not able to look after you in the manner that you would expect. rest assured that this is not the level of service and care that we normally provide our guest with. In regards to your room booking and while you have requested to cancel your earlier night, please note that the extended rate was a promotional rate for the wedding that you were attending and the same was on special condition of none refundable. we have also communicated this to your organizer such that we also avoid any unfortunate incidents such as this. please accept my sincere apology for the delayed response from our end, I would like to take this chance and wish you and your loved ones a very happy and healthy 2018.
