كان الفندق جميلا و الغرف مريحه لكن وقت الخروج دائما لا يتساهلون فيه جميع الفنادق تعطي وقت اضافي للخروج و لكن لا يعطون دقيقه زياده يحسبون يوم زياده من البطاقه و مزعجين في وقت الخروج مع وضع اوراق تحت الباب تحذير لمذا كل هذا و نحن اعضاء بلاتينيوم ولكن لا اختلاف

من أجمل الاوتيلات التي زرتها في مجمل سفرياتي أنصح بها جميع أفراد الأسرة تعاملت خلال فترة إقامتي مع عبد الرحيم من أكفأ الموظفين في الفندق مطاعم رااااااائعه وخصوصا المطعم التركي ولكن شيى واحد فقط أحزني وهو أن أجازتي انتهت وتركت الفندق الرااائع

بسبب حسن التعامل من كادر الاستقبال وكذا السيد اركم من قسم الفطور وكذالك الفطور مان في قمة النظافة وحسن تعاملهم في كل الاوقات وسرعة الاستجابة لمتطلبات الزباين وخاصة الغرف في قمة النظافة والفالي باركن كانوا مهذببن وخلوقين ..انصح الكل بالحجز وسكرت

فندق جميل ورائع ومناسب للعائلات والموظفين غايه في التعامل ومتعاونين سواء من موظفي الاستقبال الى العاملين في المطعم وموظفي الغرف واخص هنا موظف الاستقبال السيد / بوليس كان في قمة التعاون معي وبشكل عام فندق يستحق الزيارة ومن الفنادق الحديثة في ميناء العرب براس الخيمة
