بطاقة البلاتينيوم تبع اعمار لاتعمل داخل الفندق ولا إدارة الفندق وقد ابلغت المختصين وللأسف لايوجد اي تجاوب لأنهم يكذبون بعد خروجك من المنشأه ويجب عليهم الاعتراف بقوانين الموضوعه من قبل إدارة اعمار يو بي

الفندق ممتاز جدا وهادئ جدا ولكن لا توجد خصوصية في البلكونة يفضل الفصل بينهم الموظفين رائعين ومرافق الفندق ممتازة سهولة الوصول الى المكان اطلالة الغرفة كانت جدا رائعة ومطلة على المحيط والجبال توجد كوفيات ممتازه

من اجمل الفنادق في المنطقه قريب جدا من منطقة خورفكان و منطقة دبا الفجيرة و دبا العقة بالنسبة للموقع و الفخامة حيث الغرف واسعه و الاثاث هادئ و راقي و اطلالة الغرفة جدا جميلة و الخدمات من حيث احواض السباحه و الجلسات الخارجية و اللوبي و الشاطئ و حسن المعاملة حيث تم الاتصال بنا قبل الوصول و تم ترتيب مفاجأه في الغرفة و لكن السعر مبالغ فيه قليلا مع وجود منافسين كثر في المنطقة
