Thank you for your feedback, i am disappointed to hear that the service you received did not match your expectations, at Melliber Appart Hotel. I'm really sorry I could not talk about it during your stay.
I already mentioned all these points with my assistants and they are already at work to do a check on the different services, especially housekeeping.
Our aparthotel dates from 2016, our services correspond to those of a hotel residence and not to those of an hotel 5*, for example, that is why we do not have any carpet in the studios. You have to know that we train our teams to be friendly and attentive to the needs of our customers. And finally that it is only the Suites on the top floor that have a view of Casablanca.
