دائما ننزل فى هذا الفندق الاكثر من رائع
كل شخص فيه ممتاز تحت قياده مديره السيد عمرو القليني
وكل فرد داخل الفندق رائعين
تحس انك ملك فى كل شى
اوصى جميع المسافرين الى الدار البيضا بتجربه هذا الفندق عند زيارتهم الى الدار البيضا
خدمة موظفين الاستقبال سيئة عند الخروج تم التعامل بشكل سئ إطفاء الكهرباء من الساعة 10 الصباح عدم أشعارك بوقت الخروج دخول موظفين نظافة الغرفة المتتالي على الغرفة كن غير سبب مقنع عزل الصوت ليس بالجيد نظرا

I have reviewed all part of your comments with our Executive Housekeeper who confirmed that the discrepancy report is a standard that must be completed in the morning and in the afternoon, in order to have an accurate situation about the physical status of the room whether it is truly occupied or the guest has already left. Whereas the HK staffs fulfill their cleaning task between these two passages.
On the other hand, I confirm that 100% of our rooms are equipped with double glaze, while our Front Office Manager will be glad to book for you the category of rooms you choose in the quietest side.
Please rest assured that appropriate measures had been taken accordingly by our Front Office Manager as regard the inadequacy of service at the reception.

نظافة الغرف جيده ولكن نظافة الفندق ككل سيئة لا اعتقد انه تابع لشركة موفنبيك إنما يحمل الاسم فقط لا يمكن فتح أي شباك للتهويه ولا يوجد برندا الاكل سيء للغاية وكذلك المشروبات لا انصح أي شخص بالاقامه فيه .

I have reviewed your comments in details with the concerned team. Your remarks with reference to the cleanliness of the whole areas were conveyed to our Executive Housekeeper so as to double check every place in the hotel, as there is a planning already installed for each zone.
Our Executive Chef constantly makes lot of emphasis on enlarging the choices of food with fresh products, healthy meals, Moroccan, International, Lebanese and recently Turkish stations among other displays, while our Food & Beverage Manager will be glad to get in touch with you so as to have more details about your comments.
On the other hand, let me draw to your attention that our property is an IGH building and for the sake of our guests security, we have to maintain the windows closed when the rooms are occupied. Nevertheless, we confirm that during the cleaning of rooms we proceed to the opening of the windows for more refreshment.
