I have reviewed your comments in details with the concerned team. Your remarks with reference to the cleanliness of the whole areas were conveyed to our Executive Housekeeper so as to double check every place in the hotel, as there is a planning already installed for each zone.
Our Executive Chef constantly makes lot of emphasis on enlarging the choices of food with fresh products, healthy meals, Moroccan, International, Lebanese and recently Turkish stations among other displays, while our Food & Beverage Manager will be glad to get in touch with you so as to have more details about your comments.
On the other hand, let me draw to your attention that our property is an IGH building and for the sake of our guests security, we have to maintain the windows closed when the rooms are occupied. Nevertheless, we confirm that during the cleaning of rooms we proceed to the opening of the windows for more refreshment.
