Due to the high season during your stay, the breakfast could be busy during peak hours and it was unfortunate that we were not able to extend you stay. Please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience caused.
With regard to the kitchen utensils, we do not set up in room due to hygiene concern however they are available upon request.
