راقي وهادئ بعيد عن مكان الازدحام .. يعيبه عدم توفر المطاعم الحلال حوله .
جميع العاملين ف الفندق على قدر عالي من الاحترافيه والتعاون .. الغرف نظيفة ولكن ما يعيبه كذلك عدم وجود اقفال ف الابواب الفاصله بين الغرفه والصاله وكذلك دورة المياه .

غير نظيف وتوجد به اشباح وبقع دم في الفراش وسرير الاطفال غير نظيف والسجاد مستهلك وقذر والمرحاض من الداخل غير نظيف واخر يوم كان قمة في الزعاج بقصد ايقاظنا مبكرا وعمال النظافه لا ينظفون جيدا ويصورون اغراض الضيوف وعرضها على مديرهم حتى يضيفون عليكم مال للفندق

At Oriental Residence Bangkok all of our guest rooms are 100 % smoke free, therefore smoking, using burning scent or open fire is strictly not allowed. طراز كلاسيك خفيف فرنسي امريكي
أخذت فيه سويت بغرفتين
فيها مشكله بسيطه ان الغرف جوا السويت ما تقدر تقفلها
الفطور ممتاز
الخدمة والنظافة راقيه
الاثاث ممتاز
موقع الفندق ممتاز
قريب من المولات
تقدر تروح لها مشي
ما تأخذ اكثر من ١٠ دقائق
كانت هذه ثاني إقامة لي في الفندق .. والحمد لله كانت تجربة أفضل من الأولى (مع العلم بأن التجربة الأولى أيضًا كانت ممتازة وهي التي دفعتني للعودة مجددًا للفندق دون تردد) .. الفندق يهتم كثيرًا بنزلائه وراحتهم .. والدليل أنهم قد سمحوا لنا بتمديد ساعتين عن وقت الخروج المعتاد (من 12 إلى 2 ظهرًا) .. وما زاد من إعجابي بالفندق أننا بقينا في الغرفة حتى الساعة 2:30 ولم نتلقّ منهم أيّ اتصالاً يطلبون فيها منا المغادرة .. حتى اتصلنا نحن وطلبنا إرسال موظف لاستلام حقائبنا .. خدمة راقية ومستوى ممتاز ..
هذا الفندق فخم جداً ، الغرفة واسعة والأثاث فخم و يتوفر مطبخ في كل غرفة ،الموظفين ودودون ودائمي الترحيب ويتسابقون في خدمتك في اي وقت، التنظيف يومي وتغيير فرش الاسرة يوميا ، ويوجد في الحمام شطاف للغسيل . الواي فاي ممتاز و سريع ومجاني وموقعه ممتاز قريب من الاسواق.
