In regards to the elevator layout, I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences and frustrations that may have arisen from it. Nevertheless, it is dominantly purposeful to benefit our resident guests’ safety and security as non-resident guests can only access to the Park Lobby and public areas without being able you access to any guests’ rooms floors.
