First of all we are glad to hear that you enjoyed our well-appointed rooms and the central location of the hotel to nearby attractions.
However we do apologize for the bad scent. We do realize that we are having problems with the smell and we are pleased to inform you that we are working on solving this issue to improve the quality experience.
Furthermore we are very sorry to hear that you experienced problems with the Tuk Tuk not always be available on time at the hotel which mainly is due to the traffic experiencing in Bangkok.
Once again, we apologies for the inconvenience caused during your holiday and we greatly appreciate your understanding as we work to continue to improve the quality experience of our hotel.
