الاستقبال ممتاز جدا تم توفير الغرف حسب الطلب المطعم في اللوبي جلساته ممتازة الا انه الخدمة بطيئة جدا بوفيه الافطار اكثر من رائع متنوع ومنسق نظافه الغرف لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع وجدنا اعقاب سجائر في البلكونه الارضيه لم تكن نظيفة ووجود شعر على الطاولات الجانبيه حوض السبخه جميل واطلاله رائعه الا انه لا تتوفر كراسي كافية

موقع فندق الهيلتون بتايا جدا جميل وتتميز الغرف باتساعها وبها بلكونة مطلة على البحر والنوافذ عازلة للصوت تماما لان بارات الشارع تشغل موسيقى صاخبة في الليل ولكن عند قفل البلكونة او الشباك لا يمكن سماع شئ ويوجد في الفندق كذلك مول تجاري متوفر به الماركات العالمية ومطاعم وجلسات وبه قهوة استار بكس . وجميع موظفين الفندق لطفاء ومتعاونين . وانا هنا اشكر ادارة الفندق جميعها على حسن الضيافة

فندق جميل وراقي جدا وموقع ممتاز على شاطئ باتايا وممشى البحر فيه أجنحة راقية وفية كوفي شوب في أعلى طابق منه مطل على شاطئ البحر يقصده السياح من جميع الدول كونه يمتاز بموقع جميل وإطلالة رائعة على الشاطئ الممتد بطول حوالي عشرة كيلو تقربيا انصح به لقضاء يوم ممتع وممارسة الألعاب البحرية وركوب البراشوت بجانب شاطئ البحر.
