Our prices are in line with all the other big upscale hotels along the strip in Pattaya. So apologies for not meeting your expectations in this regard.
Your comment regarding the swimming pool needs to be cleaned around it; is taken to heart and has been shared with our Housekeeping team.
Additionally, we are pleased to inform you that, indeed, Avani is part of Minor Hotels International, who were managing this hotel when it was the Marriott; so it’s the same owner and nearly all the management and team members remain the same as before the rebrand. Moreover, we have recently completed all room refurbishments, including new beds and bedding, to the highest standard, as well as upgrading many of our public spaces. We had hoped to please the majority of our guests with this fresh, new look, improved look and ambiance. Also, we had sincerely hoped these upgrades would add to the overall attraction of our upscale resort. We are so sorry our efforts fell short of your satisfaction.
